Ring them on Monday, they gave me a similar story telling me to ring on a Friday, i rang on the Thursday and they said delivery may be 2-3 weeks. It arrived the next day.

They stung me for £130! Before I ordered the phone, i changed tariff and i was under the assumption that change of tariff tied me into 12 months. I wanted the phone anyway so ordered it as i was already locked in for 12 months *as i thought* But haggeling with them now for a refund! WIsh me luck!!

Thats exactly what Im going to do tomrrow. Got this phone for hubby yesterday and its got some great little features on it. Only thing is, and this is mostly for the ladies, if u have long nails its a sod texting because of the slide lip on the right hand side of the keypad, u cant get to the letters unless u stab with your nail

I work for Vodafone, and can confirm that on Tuesday, we had the 1st shipment of D500's in over 2 weeks. Seems like Samsung can't keep up the demand, and can confirm that it is not a Service Provider issue.

Then I suppose Samsung will blame their suppliers waiting for parts etc etc...
