I hope Emmerdale doesn't make Zak and Joanie have an affair. I like Joanie's friendship with the Dingles and Lisa and Zak, so don't want this to be ruined.

Lisa was a bit suspicious at their closeness when she came back from where ever but yeah I think its heading that way.

If Denise black is sticking around long term I could see her as the next mrs Dingle and Lisa leaving completely.

IMO Lisa and Zak are the best soap couple so it would be a shame if they split indefinitely. However an affair wouldn't be bad I suppose.

Yeah I think it could be heading for a Zak and Lisa split unfortunately, which is really upsetting, because a few months ago when they released the vague christmas hints they said there would be heartache for Zak and Lisa

Denise Black is a good looking and charismatic older woman. I can see why Zack might be attracted to Joanie. It would be a bit of a wrench for fans of the Dingles who have watched Emmerdale for years but I suppose all soaps need a shake up now and then to keep them fresh. If the actress playing Lisa maybe wants to retire then that's that. It will be interesting to see how the rest of the Dingles react. I can see Belle being furious. I don't think Cain will be impressed either.

Lisa's absences are becoming more and more frequent of late. Perhaps she is on her way out. It's felt like they've been lining Joanie up as her replacement for a while now.

I think that too. There's a reason why Joanie has been put with the Dingles and she looks like she'll become a permanent Dingle. I'd like to see a wedding between Zack and Joanie further down the line.

Omg! Yuk!!!! She's an awful fat cow! The episode where she hurt her ankle and was later sitting in a chair at Zack and Lisa's, her stomach looked so fat and disgusting. She didn't even attempt to hide it, it looked horrendous!

She has a nice face and lovely eyes. I don't think she is particularly fat. The character wears nice clothes too. Denise was asked to grow out her hair to grey to look the part of a grandmother but I think her hair still has a nice cut. We'll have to agree to disagree as I think she is attractive.

Maybe the actress who plays Lisa is leaving. She keeps going off lately. Whilst Joanie is in her place, doing the scenes that Lisa would have done. But I quite like Joanie's relationship with Belle. She seems that she would make a good step Mum to her. So I guess if Lisa's leaving I wouldn't mind Zak with Joanie. She's a nice lady.

Agreed. Joanie does get on well with Belle and now she's moved on from arguing with Amy she is indeed a nice lady. As for the comment's about Denise Black's weight, the actress who plays Lisa Dingle is also plus size and Lisa is Zack's type so it's keeping in his character that he likes a plus size woman so will also find Joanie attractive. To be honest Denise Black is only around a size 16-18, hardly huge. She has a really nice face too.

I hope not, I like the relationship between Joanie and the Dingles but I'm fed up with affairs.

Maybe there won't be an affair. If the actress playing Lisa wants to leave then Lisa might be killed off. Zack and Belle could then lean on Joanie leading to love between Joanie and Zack. If there was an affair I can't see Lisa moving out and leaving Belle. She would also be likely to throw Joanie out if there was an affair. I do actually think Lisa will be killed off somehow.

Well Kate Oates has already given Paddy a personality transplant and it looks like Zac is next.
