Well, I had absolutely no idea until Gavin said 'Walford was once my home too' (or something like that!)... I gasped! I thought it was a pretty good ending, although felt the rest of the ep was a bit rubbish.

He should have had a Darth Vader costume on to be honest.

Didn't Den adopt Sharon on Gavin's behalf and if so, why was he writing letters to Carol asking where Sharon was if he knew that Den and Angie had taken her in?

Surely Kathy would have recognised him if he was around Walford when Den and Angie adopted Sharon. She'd lived in Walford since she was born.
