I've seen £2 joke wigs that look better. It's terrible.

The parting is on top!

Ever considered that it could actually be his real hair?

Age, and the effects of ageing, should not be mocked

That can't be his real hair, because he looked like this three years ago.

Hair has a habit of changing in both colour and texture very quickly when you age. And sometimes hair can go white rather than grey.

It's all part of the ageing process that will happen to us all.

He looks pretty good, but I guess they can do all sorts of tricks and touch ups with photos these days. TV cameras probably aren't so kind.

It doesn't tend to get thicker though if anything the opposite.

It looks like a wig to me - a very bad one. He'd be better off bald, really.

Maybe implants, or whatever it is men have done when they're losing their hair. Good luck to him.

But would you get such obviously acrylic looking implants? He looked better as he was! His hair wouldn't have gone so thin if he hadn't used all that hair product in his youth. I mean I know he had to look nice for the Captain when he was dancing with him but he should have just let it all hang loose!

Thank God you said that. I was thinking it was a new character I hadn't heard about lol

You're not trying to sell sand to the Arabs are you?

Sorry. Too late to edit it. But you're right. It should have been two EEs.

I remember him when he had blonde, curly hair, from when I used to watch Just. Good Friends in the 80s.

Maybe the hair is apart of the character, but not the actor

I hope I look like him st 70.

He looks great for his age.

I agree - facially he looks a bit fab actually - although that toupee (or not-toupee as some will have it) is very distracting . Just a bit of a bouffant to it and he could be Swiss Toni.

I'm not familiar with the actor and just thought it was his hair. However having looked at contrasting photos of him recently I think that yes he is wearing a wig though god knows why as he looked perfectly alright without it. Maybe him and Sharon can go shopping for fake hair pieces together!

That's what I was thinking. The toupee is really so bad for it to be Paul's.

Is it just me or do others think he has no eyebrows either?

You're right. No eyebrows or eyelashes. Maybe he's losing his hair to alopecia hence the toupee.

He's still a very handsome man. He was a great looking young man and now he is a very mature handsome man. I think he suits being Sharon's real dad too, both blondes and both attractive people. Also the fact Sharon is officially of Sullivan blood makes her have an Irishness to her now that she didn't have with the Watts.

I'm pretty sure he's balding. Saw him in And Then There Were None a few months ago and I didn't even realise it was him he looked so old! I'm pretty sure he wasn't wearing a balding skull cap in that.

Anyone see him in The Who's 'Tommy' the other week?
