Yeah I was thinking that too because she is up for arson like Adam was and he got 9 months but he didnt confess until around about 2 years after he commited the crime whereas Chrissie confessed straight away so I think she will get shorter than what Adam did
I also think that she will get sent down because it will give them a chance to explore Lawrence's story a bit more because he will be devastated about his daughter being sent to prison. He has already said that he couldnt bear it if she got sent down

Yeah she is. Either a suspended sentence or she will have to wear a tag for a few months. Or maybe community service
She shouldn't get any sentence. If Knobbert and Ross can go around deliberately killing people and trying to without any repercussions whatsoever, so should anyone else. Especially when theirs was nothing more than an unfortunately times accident.

Unfortunately, the writers will love the prospect of sending someone who is not guilty of murder to prison when killers walk loud and proud around the village.

Won't they just, the hypocrisy and double standards for certain characters in ED stinks like a whorehouse at low tide.

They really do.
Still, hopefully she will not have to suffer a term in prison. At least if justice is truly served. Besides, we already have someone in prison for something they didn't do. Even if it is Aaron. Would they put us through that again?

Yeah. Hopefully. I don't want her to go to prison. She doesn't deserve it
Unless the actress is taking time off I can't see her going to prison and she shouldn't either. I never understood the reaction to her change of plea. People were acting like she pleaded not gulity full stop when it was just the other charge which was right because she didn't mean to kill people and why ain't they blaming Robert since he's the reason she set the car on fire.

Completely agree with you. I havent heard any rumors of the actress leaving but if she does get sent down she might have a few scenes with Lawrence and maybe some other people visiting her in prison
She won't get community service working for Chas. I think she'll get a suspended sentence but then again because of the seriousness she might get a custodial. If she goes to prison there will be scenes of her inside and with her visitors. I don't think she's leaving. She could get community service but it would not be working for Chas. I don't want Ross ♥ to go to prison. Yes he's a rascal but I like him!

I know that its serious enough to get a custodial sentence but wont they take into consideration Roberts affair. Her state of mind when she set fire to the car and the fact that she wasnt thinking straight. She confessed straight away and the amount of remorse she has shown so wont they reduce her sentence because of those things.
