It is both.
Bad dancers aren't necessarily entertaining and at the same time, good ones aren't always boring.
However, I find Jeremy rather pleasing, I'd want to see him go after Carol and not before.
Jeremy and Carol are not even interesting in a bad way like Ann Widdecombe. People only seem to like the former ironically just so they have someone to vote for the weird crush of the year in Heat Magazine and the latter because of Pasha.
