I think they're doing it on purpose to emphasise a story arc. She'll probably have a breakthrough in a couple of weeks.

I agree she's been very undermarked. Im sick of hearing people blame Anton. Her Latin isn't as strong as her ballroom but it's nowhere near as bad as the judges make out and tonight's paso while not perfect was a great improvement on her salsa yet they scored it the same.

I agree, to score that Paso 21 was unbelievable. I don't blame her for looking a bit upset and frustrated.

21 was ridiculous - how she can be scored less than Jeremy (whom I like, but...), is outrageous.

Anton needs to go, he isnt very good at latin, which we all know, but he also looks really out of place in the group dances

I don't get why the judges are so mean to her with their comments. She made mistakes, she gets a poor score, fine, but the judges normally try to find some positive criticism yet they essentially just tell Katie to get lost every week.

I'm with you on this one. They did point out that it was all men that had gone up to now.

Yes, but not Katie, she has 10s as a possibility (...maybe) in her future; they seem to be trying to engineer a storyline, but a really sh*t one, that involves under marking and overly brusque comments from the judges, which just looks silly. Her scores look ridiculous if you look across the weeks, and they don't always match the dances - her Paso wasn't incredible, but it was better than her Salsa, by a fair margin. Her Cha-Cha was terrible, but I get the idea they've decided all her Latins are, forgetting her damn fine Jive week 1.

Agreed. Anton, frankly looks ridiculous on the show. I feel so sorry for Katie being paired up with this gurning self centered ego maniac buffoon. I detest him.

I like her but she wasn't great tonight. I don't think she's in any danger and she should have some really good weeks to come, but I have been a bit disappointed with her so far.

I hope this is Anton's last series tbh. I really felt for Katie, those scores were ridiculous.

No way was Katie worse then Jeremy, she is being undermarked. I guess the producers are panicking because so many men are going out. But we can do something about that and keep the better dancers in for as long as they should be.

Anton's been good for the show but his time is up. I think Katie would have been excellent with Pasha. Hope she does the tour, and preferably with the aforementioned Pasha.

Sadly, Anton is now back to doing his 'comedy' routines before the marks. That's what really matters to him.

I kind of agree with this . It was a very simplified paso , but maybe it was choreographed like that to suit Katie's capabilities .
It was a slight improvement on her salsa , but she seems to have gone back into her prim and proper shell and is afraid to let rip like she did in her jive . She spoiled us in week one . Lets be honest even Anton was in sheer shock that night . I thought he'd pass out in the Clauditorium from ecstacy that night . I don't think even he expected her to pull it off so well .Hopefully they stay in for the QS next week .
