Is Anton's choreography that bad that he is in fact

At times I feel embarrassed watching Anton...the faces he pulls and to be quite frank the terrible dance routines he is dancing.

Well we know Anton is a pro but i don't think he's good enough to teach Katie AND Kirsty!

I feel that he is letting Katie down. She could be brilliant with the right partner e.g Pasha.

Well we know Anton is a pro but i don't think he's good enough to teach Katie AND Kirsty!
he is terrible at dancing and is the worse pro always getting the celebs to do mostly walking through the routine while he thinks he can show the camera he can dance

I love it when people complain but can't even get spelling and names right. It reminds me of Brendan's several names: Brendon, Brandon, Branden, etc

Sometimes people type fast. I know my grammar and spelling are terrible when I post on these forums and I know I certainly wouldn't make the same mistakes at work.

True, but you can read back though and edit it, if needs be. I do frequently.

I'm like that too. My brain and fingers just don't connect at times. But if it helps others to have a laugh and point out our typos I will keep them in a job

Poor A & K they get a kicking on here every week. Ah well, each to their own, I enjoy their dancing and don't find it anywhere near 'terrible'.

I don't think it's always down to typos as you always have the 'edit' option. It seems that spelling and grammar is generally poorer these days. Not that I am a member of the spelling and grammar police. I have too many previous convictions

You could probably guess my name from my Username, but I can honestly say I get called a few other names that sound similar! Peggy, Polly, even Wendy are the most popular!

Ahem. Back on topic: I like Anton, and I like Katie. To me, they are entertaining whether or not they dance well. Nuff said.

It looked as though it could have been an interesting routine tonight but Katie fluffed a few moves but not so much that she deserved to come below Jeremy on the leaderboard

Yet Ola, Oti, Kristina and Natalie have all gone home before him. Makes you wonder how terrible their dancing is

Anton's not brilliant but Katie looks awkward in the Latin dances .. not as bad as Kirsty but similar. Not sure she would be better with anyone else.

None of these combinations produced dances the like of which Anton and Katie have. The Tango was fantastic. In my opinion a far superior dance to the Ghostbusters nonsense tonight which was marked more generously, I would agree the music tonight did the two gs no favours. The Viennese Waltz will be one of the dances if the season no matter what happens. The jive was good, The cha cha wasn't, and the salsa was blighted by mistakes. The Paso tonight was no show stopper, but was it worse than Jeremy and his Salsa, I would suggest not. People have always had a go at Anton. His specialism is ballroom and he has produced stunning ballroom routines with Katie. She is obviously less confident in Latin. Plenty other folk have produced duff Latin routines, at the same time as producing duff ballroom. Here you have a situation where wonderful ballroom routines are almost being ignored. They are worth mentioning too.

I used to think that Anton was rubbing at Latin. Now I think he is rubbish at CHa CHa CHa and salsa, probably samba too.
The fact that Katie was so poor at the salsa (done by someone else), decent at the jive (done by Anton), the paso was a decent dance just danced badly by Katie. That tells me that Anton isn't that bad, it's that he is much better at ballroom and so it's katie.

Anton is a good choreographer, hasn't it occurred to people he has his own show so won't be doing an arena tour with strictly therefore never gets good partner, likewise Brendan

No it doesn't. It was their partners who were eliminated on the basis of their relatively weaker dancing, not the pros.

How do you know it isn't Katie?

Looking at her dancing I would say Katie is not a great dancer. I think her ballroom is good but not brilliant. Having Anton as a partner probably makes her ballroom better than it would be with another pro, but her latin a bit worse. I also rhink her paso was better than the marks she received last night. I think the judges have also decided to mark down her latin. It makes good viewing.

So a combination of factors.

You do not have to say anything, but it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence.
