Would this work as a "Theme Night"?

On one of the other threads, a poster said producers should change up the themes once in a while to avoid the ones we have becoming stale.

Bearing this in mind, what do you guys think of a 'Pros Favourite' night where the pros get to pick their favourite dance and the music they will dance to with their celeb? Choices could be submitted before the series starts to allow producers to consider schedules, balance of performances etc.

Pros picking the music for their dances would be a brilliant theme. They should do it every week.

I think that a weekly Pro's music choice week would be a brilliant theme!

It is just a question. If find your sarcasm cheap and unnecessary...and how ironic that originality doesn't seem to be your strong point either natalian - having giving an almost identical answer to the previous poster...

Thank you for at least taking this seriously Jim.

I think you'll find the sarcasm is not aimed at you

It isn't sarcasm. It would be brilliant if the pro's chose the music for the dances every week...because then the celebs might actually get to dance to music that is actually suitable for the dance they are doing.

Clearly much has been lost in translation here...

Who's being sarcastic. I am totally serious. One of the BIG bugbears is that the pros don't get to choose the music and are forced to dance to music totally inappropriate for the dance and often a piece they seem less than moved by.

Now are you coming down off that high horse or are you going to stay up ther all night.

Already done that - See Post 8

Also see Post 6...seems I wasn't the only one who took your comments as "sarcastic"...perhaps the smiley at the end threw us...

Does anyone care to comment on the "Pros favourite dance" part of my suggestion...after all that WAS the main point of the idea...?
