Best for me, Nick easily. Gave all three a good song and all the boys played to their strengths.

Worst was Rita. Whitney for Lauren? Keira butchered! And even though Louisa did well, it as an awful song for a 17 year old potential star.

Grimmy. He was the only one who seemed not to be scripted,. Same tired old lines from Simon and Cheryl and Rita just talks waffle

I would say Nick too, he seems more credible. The others just come out with the same old clichés and Rita's voice is beginning to grate.

Grimmy had the best performances from his category. Rita had the worst and I love Rita but her musical taste and ability is suspect.

Best Cheryl by miles worst probably Simon.

Rita was the worst by a mile! Everyone else was alright, Simon was a bit predictable, Nick chose the most diverse songs and Cheryl played to the strengths of her contestants. It comes across like Rita has just completley thrown her girls under the bus, a load of rubbish song choices and the staging was just naff especially for Laurens, does she want too make that song anymore tacky. And Keira just looked lost wandering around the stage!

Grimmy was the best. Very fair comments across the board. Rita was the worst. I'm not a fan of Kiera but Rita has flung her under the bus. She's not the same singer as the girl who battled with an emotional song at the 6CC. That's down to crap styling, a song that didn't suit her and the way she's been portrayed and Rita has had a hand in all of it.

I agree with Nick. I had my doubts about him at first, but he's grown on me & I thought did a decent job with his guys last night. But Rita, she did her girls, with the exception of Monica, no favours at all. Keira is not my cup of tea, but the song she gave her just wasn't right, plus her styling made her look like Tina Turner in Mad Max.

Grimmy seems to be the only one really, genuinely trying to make his contestants credible.

Best was Cheryl, each of her acts were on fire and she seemed to give them real freedom.

Worst was Simon - just what was that song that Bupsi sang?

Thought Cheryl's groups had the best choices (by far) and worst were Simon and Rita.

I thought the boys and the groups had good song choices this week, so Cheryl and Nick did pretty well.

the girls songs were a bit confusing , altho max probably got the worst combination of song/arrangement of the night

i dont agree that kiera's song choice was bad she just wasn't good enough to do it

giving lauren an over-used whitney song for a "this is me" theme was a lazy song choice and it was laughable to give louisa a song she had never even heard of for the theme and even tho vocally she was good the arrangement made me feel i was listening to someone singing a celine/mariah track

someone linked a version of that song done on the voice US last year and it was a stripped back, restrained vocal and was supposedly very well received, i had hoped that louisa was going to do a similar version rather than being turned into a typical diva ballad

I don't think any of them were bad but there were a few odd song choices.

I did not get Seann's song choice AT ALL but the other two song choices were great.

Lauren's song choice was predictable but I still liked it. Kiera's was boring but I think that's more to do with her voice rather than the song. Monica and Louisa's were good.

Wrong song for Max completely. Bupsi was fun but I think people just don't like her. Anton for me was a bit forgettable.

Surprisingly like R&B's song choice last night so well done Cheryl. 4th Impact were great as usual and Alien were ok too.

So I would say Cheryl/Grimmy were the best and Simon was the worst.

I'm surprised at how much I'm liking Nick, as I typically can't stand him on Radio 1. I think he's doing the best job so far.

Best - Nick as his comments were the least generic

Worst - Simon, because seemed like he was just being nice and not giving his honest opinions

Cheryl by far. She's usually the best mentor but is always hugely underrated on here because she's not the most likeable. 2008/2009/2010 she was a fantastic mentor. 2014 not so much, but this year she seems to be doing great.

Worst - Simon; the utter disregard he has for his category is just nasty.

Grimmy was the worst, purely for butchering Che's sweet rendition of "Tears Dry On Their Own" by splicing in a karaoke insert of "Ain't No Mountain High Enough".

I suppose Cheryl was quite good with her acts, although I don't think 4th Impact's version of of "Problem" was all that.

Nick was the best tonight.

Nick & Cheryl did the best with their contestants. Played to strengths and picked good songs that aren't overdone. Rita wasn't so great. Louisa is singing too old for her age, Kiera shouldn't have been picked, Monica did a fair job but Im not really on board for her. Lauren's performance was a joke. Total karaoke.

Simon was terrible. Max's performance was a train wreck, Bupsi was nothing like she should be, Anton was terrible also.
