Always perfect make up, and her outfits look like a fashion show, while other female celebs look as if they have been put through a wringer, bless em. The only other one I can remember always looking immaculate is Nancy.

I guess everyone is sweaty, tired, can't remember the steps, probably had to do a day job as well etc. I think most people look good considering.

Not suitable for what? Latin dancers often wear dance shorts (called Booty Shorts in America) for practice, worn with long leg warmers. Helen was actually wearing an extra pair of shorts over her dance shorts.
I love what she wears. If I was as hot as her and got the chance to do Strictly I would totally channel every dance film ever and wear every piece of dance wear going.
To be fair to her when I exercise I can't stand wearing anything too long on my legs and I like my arms to be free and I always wondered how people can train otherwise! If I was on I'd probably do the same.
She always looks amazing . She has great taste in clothes and chooses well to suit her frame. Even in training she looks fab .
Beautiful figure and gorgeous eyes too , like a china doll . I like the fact that even with all those advantages (as some would call them) she is still not afraid of hard work , is unlearning her stiff ballet moves and is gradually getting better and better . THAT for me is what Strictly is about .

Well I was!
Also liked the long cardigan-type garment she wore to complete the outfit. What is the official name for such a garment if you were looking to buy similar?

I have been asked to knit them for my grown up grandchildren. On my patterns they are called coatigans
Mind you, one inch of her's probably cost more than the whole of the ones i knit
Ive noticed she tends to mimic what she'll have to wear on the night, so this week wore the very long leg warmers as had the bandage outfit, the week before she wore a long skirt to train for her QS. I'm surprised more of the females don't do it to work out where they might have troubles with their outfit on the night.

In all honestly she's about as interesting as my fridge when it's empty.”
... you're lucky to have such an interesting fridge then.
