I don't care whether or not she got a fee, you're sole intention coming to this post was to vilify her off the back of hearing she'd been gang raped. I don't know what's wrong with people sometimes.”

There's nothing wrong with me. There's something wrong with people like her selling stories to the press like this and probably harming other victims chances of being taken seriously in future. She claimed to have post traumatic stress and anxiety disorder yet chose to go on a very stressful reality show. Give me a break.

This definitely explains a lot. Poor Selina. What a horrific experience

Awful experience indeed, my heart goes out to her. Cannot fathom what kind of life long trauma such an experience causes, and she is very brave to share it.

And yes, it does explain her behaviour, it's not like she's committed a crime, she just comes across as quite angry and why shouldn't she be after suffering such a misfortune. I hope she gets the continued care and therapy to help her heal.

Are you sure you're not mixing up Dubai and Saudi Arabia? Dubai has an extremely low crime rate (less than 5%) and part of this is because the law is enforced very strictly. I haven't heard of rape being prevalent in Dubai, nor rape conviction rates being low. I think that's the UK actually!

Yes, take the moral highground on a rape victim for being greedy.

You may as well argue that newspapers should donate all their profits to any cause that they report on.

Oh no, she's sending out the message that rape victims can report cases, get a successful conviction, and then move on and lead their lives how they want to.

You seem to be saying rape victims defo should not dare appear in the public eye or engage in challenging environments. They should also defo not talk about their abuse. Why is that?

Read all my posts on this subject then or have you just gleaned the comment you can attack?

I stand by my view that she shouldn't profit from her ordeal via the press, absolutely, she deserves compensation from the perpetrators of the crime, but there is something ethically wrong with being paid for retelling such a horrific thing in order for a tabloid to sell papers.

Where did I say that?

I agree. Tbh the apprentice was not the right environment. Whoever vetted her should be sacked. She's obviously full of anger

That element of the media occasionally run horror stories of expats in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat an places who've had run ins with the law.

I agree. I'm not sure why people are saying they now understand her behaviour. She is a very nasty person who happened to be raped. The latter is a disgusting crime and I'm pleased the culprits have been caught and jailed and I am very sorry she had to go through this but it has no bearing on her being a nasty piece of work on The Apprentice. I can appreciate suffering such an horrendous attack might affect a person but I don't see why it would necessarily make someone a nasty bitch.

She's recently been in the papers claiming Brett was eyeing her up and "creeping her out" even though he effectively didn't do anything. She said he's been vocal on twitter because she didn't acknowledge "his advances". Blimey, remind me not to look at a woman ever again in case they think I'm trying to make a move.

Not saying this original ordeal didn't happen, but she very clearly has a victim-complex and is looking to talk about anything in a bid to stay relevant now.
