A Changing in the Pattern of Voting.

We are into November, and its only 4 weeks to Blackpool.

Has anyone noticed a change in how they vote?

In this house we have gone from "Voting to keep someone in, 'cos they don't deserve to go just yet." to "Vote for the best dancer you want to make it to the finals."

The real non-dancers have gone already, and the rest of "Division 2" should be leaving us before Blackpool, however - there is always the risk of a screw-up in the time honoured Strictly Voting "They'll be safe" way.

Compare and contrast!

Someone is counting their chickens .......

Jeremy will still be there for Blackpool and I would love him to be there for for the final

The non-dancers have more of a chance to be at Blackpool than the more adept dancers if the popular vote is anything to go by so we shall see but IMO Jeremy will be in the show for a while yet.

The only difference I can see in the pattern of voting occurred last year with the introduction of the Internet vote, which has possibly made multi voting more prevalent and maybe shifted influence to a slightly different demographic. I do wonder if Caroline would have won under the old voting system.

Not if the song and dance she was burdened with this week is anything to go by

I certainly don't want him in the final, he wouldn't deserve it.

I think Jeremy will get to Blackpool, and possibly Carol too but unless one of the ok or good dancers have a complete blip, they won't last much longer than that.

Why, hasn't he worked hard enough for it?

There was a change in my pattern.
This is the first week I have attempted to remember my log-on at the BBC site.

Thank you Jim

This is actually what i was hoping to find out. LOL

Are voters changing who they are voting for? (In the jJ household, we have)

My back is spineless, my belly is yellow. I'm the Strictly non-voter (I can't remember my BBC password and I refuse to throw money at this).

There's no logical reason at all for Carol being there - no journey, no ability, no entertainment value . There's not even the supposed comedy value of a Widdicombe or Grant. She's there on fanbase. There's no knowing when that voting pattern will end.

There's also more good dancers than usual - 6 or 7 - which either splits their vote in lots of directions, or makes some of them unusually vulnerable. It may also mean that, as different people are good in different weeks there may be limited momentum behind anyone to win. You can't vote for the best when that means you would have to vote for 6-7 people, or a different one each week.

He may have worked hard for it but he can't dance and I don't think he is the only one who works hard.

Both Kirsty and Jamelia shouldn't have been in the DO. Should've been Jeremy and Carol with Carol to go.

Internet voting was introduced the year before last and in that year there were 5 free votes compared to the three now.

I can't vote unless we happen to be visiting family as we don't live in the UK.

why

Jeremy has every right to be in the final same as Jay, Helen etc ... why doesn't Jeremy deserve it ?
Jeremy works hard all week and he is showing improvement.

It's comments like this that makes me want to vote more for Jeremy each week

You both know exactly what he means. Jeremy may be entertaining, and is showing some improvement, but the truth of the matter is that he's not a very good dancer, and isn't good enough to make it to the final.

Jeremy's improved each week through his hard work. He has every right to still be in Strictly like the rest of them

Well I think he is good enough to be in the final, like the rest of the celebs, I have no problems if Jeremy even wins

Jeremy will most likely go in Blackpool, the comedy duffer usually goes on that week as it starts to get serious.

I think there are quite a few non dancers left though.
