ITV only available in the uk and if the show does air in them countries the X factor would be behind.

But there is also these things called Live Streams. People stream X Factor live so anyone can watch it plus i'm guessing if you have a UK Postcode and a VPN you can watch it on catch up before it even airs in their country. OH and Youtube obviously!

If you are wondering how do they know when to vote that is easy, by Facebook and Twitter. (People from the Philippines have already been voting for 4th Impact and have been sharing screen shots!)

would imagine the same way we can watch shows like American Idol on ITV2 or whatever the TV companies pay Simon's group to enable them to broadcast it. They can't influence the votes but they can watch. Unless the viewer s from abroad have friends on these shores to vote for them. Also there are online streaming services that broadcast these things too again most likely they pay Simon's company for the privilege.

It still airs in Ireland just not allowed to vote.

America has it showing on a channel this year too not as big as the other channel it was on before.

because the voting window is so big, they have all the time to catch up and vote.
If the voting was done all in the same show, it would be more difficult for the Philippines people to synchronise their votes.
