"Shapeshifting Zygons are everywhere in the UK, and there is no way of knowing who to trust. With UNIT neutralised, only the Doctor stands in their way. But how do you stop a war? And what can the Doctor do to save his friends?"

Writer: Peter Harness. Director: Daniel Nettheim. Producer: Peter Bennett.

No 'Next Time' trailer for this, but I did find the TV trailer for it on YouTube:

The Poll will be added as soon as the episode has finished, next Saturday evening.

Really looking forward to seeing this on Saturday. I'm hoping that the recording doesn't screw up this time. I shan't be able to see it at the time it goes out because of the X Factor. That's why I'm recording it.

So, fingers crossed my Father will be able to watch it.

I've now got the first six episodes (or 3 two parters) of Series 9 on DVD. Bought the 2 disc set yesterday. Why Under The Lake and Before the Flood have been separated onto both discs, is beyond me. Frustrating that we have to change discs before we can watch the second part of that.

We will have to wait until late January, if not early February before Series 9 is released in complete form on DVD, unfortunately. Series 9 Part 2 at the moment, is scheduled to be out on Dec 7th. Two days after Series 9 finishes.

So part one of the story is on Disc Set 1 and part two is on Disc Set 2, so if you like that story (I didn't particularly) you have to buy both sets to see it all, even if almost all the other stories you liked were in one half of the series?
That is outrageous!

(I'm not replying to bump up the next episode thread BTW, although this is off-topic of course!)

Change the disc! Us old timers remember back in the day if you missed the episode, you missed the episode. I remember an anecdote from Moffat saying he first saw one of the parts of Full Circle when it was put out on VHS, 17 years after broadcast, because he was busy that week.

No, it just means you have to eject the one disc and then put the other one in. It only costs you a minute extra of your life.

And think of all that exercise!

Well, it's what I read online a couple of weeks ago. But, it looks as though the BBC have changed it.

I was really hoping that Series 9 Part 2 was to be out on Dec 7th. But it seems it's not to be.

I made a trailer years ago for Terror of the Zygons using the "next time" sequence from the first five years of New Who.

Don't they always?

As for this:

Spoiler
There's a sequence with Capaldi in The Zygon Inversion, for instance, that's so good, you stop noticing how erotic his eyebrows are for a minute.

Just pathetic gushing nonsense.

Stop watching then.
Clearly you want more episodes like 'Love or monsters' or 'Fear her'
Or have you forgotten how bad those episode were?
