I saw something in the daily mail about Aliona being anmoyed at Jay for texting the other contestants.

It is just getting silly, they have all said a number of times about their whatsapp group and the fact they all message every day and night.

A poster said something on the article that made me think, Peter has a good PR team built around him, it may just be something from them as he is no longer the favourite.
Helen has also had some awful stories about her.

Sad really, all small things attacking their personality and not something they can address either without looking petty. All very clever really.
I'm actually surprised at you regurgitating something so nasty and totally speculative as the bit in bold amelia , not to mention unfounded and posted by idiots with an axe to grind and their own agenda .
Without even reading the trashy article (and despite my dislike of jay) I know it's a load of rubbish thought up by some spotty faced over imaginative little oik to sell papers . Why anyone thinks those responding to such gossip in a comments section have anything intelligent to offer is beyond my ken .

It is what it is, sorry to suprise you, I gave seen much nastier comments around here casually thrown around daily.

It was written, it was a top comment and others were commenting on it (agreeing actually) it was removed and now a discussion about the fact it was removed!

This isn't even anything against Peter, having had a hands in the celeb world at times, I have seen the PR teams people have and they do things that the celeb doesn't even know about, spreading rumours about them and others etc.

I only said it made me think and again, I have nothing against Peter at all, I am not really a fan of his dancing, but I admire how much he lives his kids and always tries to do rigt by them

It's just one of those stories newspapers and magazines make up to hitch onto the popularity of SCD. Much more interesting is why some are so intensely against Jamelia and Peter.

I understand what you mean re management , but do you not see that you are doing similar by propogating nothing more than a nasty little rumour thrown up by someone with a possible agenda ?
Regarding the bit in bold . Think about it . Those making the nastier comments across forums often have an axe to grind . That being the case they very likely trot from forum to forum, and comment section to comment section dissing any celeb they've got an issue with .It's obsessive and strange, but realistically it occurs . That's why it is best not to repeat slurs , you are simply aiding someone with a possible/probable nasty agenda .
I dislike jay , but if someone posts a stupid rumour that he MIGHT have had a prison record or MIGHT have beat up a pensioner I'd take issue with that . It's wrong to encourage unfounded nasty rumours or promote the thoughts of a twisted mind by repeating them verbatim .
How's the knitting coming on ?

I've always assumed most of these "showmance" and "showbustup" stories are planted in the papers by the BBC PR machine to keep the show "relevant" and in the headlines during the Strictly run?

I understand, as I said I meant to put it could be anyone's PR also, not just Peter's, plus, as I said most have not much knowledge of what their PR team are up to most of the time. A lot of rumours in the press are put about either by their own PR or a rivals, silly as it sounds.
I will admit that it most likely was not a great idea to post it here.

I do stand by the fact I see some nasty posts about the celebs and the pros on here, not even by those with an agenda, just saying random nasty things, mostly about their appearance or something.

Anyway, it is over now, I do not think Peter has done anything wrong at all.

Haha, good thanks! How is your crafting? Any more good bargains?

Do people still read newspapers?
Unfortunately they don't have to - it is on the internet just like the untrue stories about Helen

It's something I noticed when I used to defend a certain soap star some years ago . I just happened to know her . You'd see the same expressions used and often very similar user names and I finally realised that the woman wasn't actually universally despised as implied by the torrent of abuse, but was simply being stalked across the net by a determined group of people with an axe to grind . It's quite sad and scary to encounter , but it happens unfortunately .

Another stupid made up article in The Sun this morning. This couple have had more lies written about them than any of the others - not sure why. Jay does not appear to be a controversial character actually he appears to be well liked by all the pros and fellow contestants and comes across as modest and enjoying the process. Aliona is an amazing dancer and choreographer and on SCD and ITT she appears to have a very good relationship with her colleagues

One minute the tabloids make up stories about them 'having ailing' and then says they are rowing - none of these stories have any foundation or evidence on screen. Let them continue to produce their weekly amazing performances and stop trying to upset a lot of people around them. The Sun is a RAG which should try and print some actual factual news for a change.
Yeah...they really looked like they were 'rowing' over the weekend ...
In fact I thought the daily rags would start saying they were having an affair again tbh!

If there's one couple not rowing and getting on like a house on fire it's Jay and Aliona! I can't recall any couples being at loggerheads since James Jordan partnered Georgina Bouzova, which was well documented. Oh, and Lulu and Brendan of course !

I had a good laugh when I read it. They tried to make out that they are a couple now they are trying to split them up. You just couldn't make it up.
Lol, except they did - make it up, that is...

Very, very much doubt it. The tabloids apparently know the 'source' of these rumours.

If it had been the BBC, the newspapers would have had a field day slating the BBC instead - the tabloids love getting at the BBC.

(Personally, think the 'source' is a chat by some water cooler somewhere by a bunch of over- imaginative people.)

Amelia I have no idea why on earth you are getting it in the neck for your suggestion that theses stories may be being spread by PR firms with an agenda to fulfill, it is a very sensible idea that they could be.

It's a theory just as last weeks theory was that Ja and Aliona were at it like rabbits.

That one had no basis in any sort of reality yours is entirely possible.

I find it interesting who was saying what last week as opposed to this week.

I don't think you have said anything out of the ordinary.

Fair enough . In that case maybe jays management are the source of the rumours because they want to portray him as a sex god who aliona is lusting after but cannot exclusively have . A total player textily seducing all the females on the show and leaving a trail of broken hearts because he is just SO irresistible .

No, I don't believe any of the above for one minute either , but if imagined theories are up for grabs it's as believable as any others .

A thought that you are quite happy to circulate! And in a thread about gossip as well
Is no one allowed to mention perfect Peter at all now unless in a positive way?

A funny, but off topic story.

When I was young our class pet was sick insects that I had to take home, lord knows why I had two dogs and three rabbits at home!

Anyway, they came home in a cage and my family were convinced there was nothing in the box as they could not be seen.

Cut to xmas eve and there are a lot of tiny sticks on my snowman christmas pressie box ( a big snowman made covered in cotton wool for gifts).
We had to try to get them all back in the box as they had escaped from the vents, yet when we did they would still come out every day. A fun Christmas with stick insects running riot, we would still find some after the holidays.
