I got an easyacc mobile phone charger but can't seem to use it proply, every time i charge it up, it seems to be powerless less than an hour after charge

I take it you mean one of those external battery packs used to charge phones in the middle of nowhere?

If it is new then take it back to where you bought it and see if you can get an exchange or repair. Might not get a refund but you never know. Even better if it is still in warranty.

But looking at the claims on their website you ought to be getting more than an hour's usage out of it which suggests it is faulty.
