I experienced a problem with my login details for Digital Spy Forums from yesterday lunch time up until just now, the forums just would not load and I could not login/out, I thought the moderators had banned me, who else had the same problem?

I think lots of us had this issue yesterday.

For a while yesterday I just kept getting blank screens in DS.

Even now, there is a difference -every time I switch pages I get get a completely black screen momentarily, that didn't happen before.

I could not get DS yesterday on a couple of browsers but got it on edge and today my Firefox started working againn

Had same issue last week Sarah. I'd been logged out and log in page kept taking me to '404' page not found.

I had that problem too yesterday and this morning - just on my desk top. The forums page loaded blank. I could get it OK on my smart phone oddly enough. It seems fine now thank goodness - need my Strictly fix!

Glad you posted this, I have had problems too.

I'm glad others have posted about this as i've been having problems as well. Yesterday and today, I've not been able to get on at all and got a blank screen using one server but able to get on with another.

Does anyone know if the site is being worked at?

Yes I have this now and it goes blank when I first go on the page, I can use it but not keen on this new black border at the top

Clear your cookies.

I have cleared my cache and cookies and no joy. I am on Firefox and it doesn't seem to like it. However, as I am on Windows10 I can get Microsoft Edge and I access DS from there. I can get into DS on my android tablet. I have notified DS of the problem and they are trying to rectify it. (Actually in the email reply they said "replicate it" - don't want that, do we?)

I had the same problem yesterday until the evening. I'm also on Firefox and it seems to be fne now.

It might be something to do with the roll-out of Digital Spy Beta, as that's what it said in the top left of my screen yesterday when the forum disappeared, although now it has gone back to just Digital Spy. I got it back on my ipod by clearing the cookies, but got it back on my desktop by enabling flash player.

When I was having trouble yesterday I saw a tip that said press Ctrl+F5 whilst in your browser. I did that in Firefox and DS immediately reappeared.

Thanks for posting as I initially thought it was my iPad as I could access on iPhone ! It's just loaded now and ceased to load on chrome😡.

To solve the blank forum page, I found I could go into my Firefox menu and under the view menu select Page Style->No Page Style. It looked really ugly but I could then see things.

I guess everything was always there but, temporarily, their page style was giving white text on a white background.

It's back on firefox now.

Laptop was fine, but had blank page except for the top bar on mobile device.

Still hasn't been resolved, sadly.

Same problem all day yesterday and all day today on iPad. Literally just came back on (4.36pm). Could access on iPhone but unable to log in.

Hopefully all sorted now.
