We have been lucky enough to get tickets for the live show in a week's time (14th). As Strictly live show virgins we really need your top tips on how to best enjoy this amazing experience! Do we need to get to Elstree early? HELP needed - beginning to feel ridiculously nervous!!!
Thank you all, in advance!

I am sure I saw a thread the other day from someone who had been which gave very detailed guidance on what to do on show day. I don't seem to be able to find it so hopefully someone who knows where it is will repost it but I remember it said that you need to be there pretty early.

I went last week. Honestly the earliest you can go the better.

The earliest last week was quarter to 2am

If you want to be in first 24 for best seats I doubt you'd want to be any later than 4am.

There is a thread called tips for going if you scroll back through pages.

Take chairs, blankets iPads books etc. Tesco is nearby is 24 hours with a costa express, Macdonalds opens at 7am.

Nearest hotel is Ibis, best car park is brook street.

all the BBC people are lovely.

Hope you had a great day BMLisa .

A lot of us find the constant clapping and cheering very annoying . A lot of it seems to be fake and forced . I'd like to know your take on it .
Were you or other members of the audience coerced into this clapping and cheering ?
