Panasonic Recorders (Freeview Play)
Feedback would be appreciated from any users of the new DMR-HWT250 or the DMR-HWT150 recorders.

I too would be interested to hear about these models, especially from people who previously had any of the Humax 9xx0 models.

I ordered my DMR-HWT150EB this morning from a very friendly Panasonic Retailer in Southampton who was able to answer any questions I had before I made my choice. I should have it by Wednesday. I was interested in the Humax 4000t and the three tuners but didn't like the look of it or the GUI and the negative feedback. To be honest after reading the Panny manual which I pre downloaded, I believe the Panasonic has the edge.
![]() ![]() Most people now have a TV with a digital tuner so with a twin tuner PVR you've got your three tuners although not three simultaneous recording capability which I assume the 4000 has got. With +1 channels the chances of wanting three simultaneous recordings are slim in my view but there are people who watch much more telly than I do. Edit: Four simultaneous recordings according to JL. |

Me neither, looks to me like something you'd find in the kitchen, a pie maybe, especially with the crinkly edge around the top, personal choice though.
