Don't think he's a plant got and email address, phone number and website for him.

He has at least worked recruiting for the catering industry - not saying if he actually worked in a kitchen though.

The show is obviously a set up, I have met Garry three times and seen him work in a kitchen and although I'm not a journalist, I think it's improtant that all those who paid 25p or whatever it was to register their votes for Simon and Henry, should know that Simon is an actor not a member of the public - he was put there by the production company as a plant - he's supposed to be voted off early - he is acting stupid, is this the yolk ?

With something like the X factor or Fame academy you expect some of the contestants to have a showbiz CV on line, with Hells Kitchen we are being told that these contestants are members of the public - they are not - at least not all of them are. Finally if the producers of the show are telling us they are, and they aren't and if in addition money changes hands between the viewers and the production company in the form of paid for voted - that constitutes FRAUD does it not?

OH and I work for Norwich Union the insurance comany - we see a lot of attempted fraud

I don't need to dig the dirt, but Stien Smart was definately an Irish Guard from 1989 to 1994, so I'm beginning to think he's genuine and not a plant.

The reason they all claim to be actors/actresses is that in 2005 anyone who wants to go on a reality tv programme just wants a media career out of it.
