I think in terms of entertaining TV that sounds like a good balance, although I would probably have Erin Boag in place of Karen (and TBH, as a fan of Kara I wouldn't really want her to do it as she would probably get loads of stick like Alesha did). I think you only really need 3 judges. I get bored at the moment listening to all 4 when there is seldom any useful advice and at least one (usually Darcy) is only really saying 'I agree with what the others have said.' Plus it would remove the need for the head judge casting vote.

John Byrnes (I think he'd be sufficiently outspoken, but also well qualified to be so!)
Nicole Cutler for her Latin (a bit quiet; I know Karen might be slightly more suitable and livelier, but I think I'd find her too much. Not sure about Hanna K.)
