John Byrnes (I think he'd be sufficiently outspoken, but also well qualified to be so!)
Nicole Cutler for her Latin (a bit quiet; I know Karen might be slightly more suitable and livelier, but I think I'd find her too much. Not sure about Hanna K.)
Hazel Newberry for her amazing ballroom
Ian Waite for all round

All commonly adjudicate at top competitions.
Re John - he definitely would be so ( sufficiently outspoken).!..top calibre coach now that also judges top flight competitions.

Yes. I guess if they wanted really really outspoken they could go for Paul Killick but I think John would be more viewer friendly, and he does teach at all levels.

Would only have 3 judges and NO head judge.
1. Ian Waite
2. Karen Hardy
3. James Jordan but only if Ola was NOT competing
If Ola was competing I would replace James with Darren Bennett

And if Karen Hardy or Matthew Cutler were anywhere near the judges' desk in Strictly, it would be the last episode I'd ever watch.
