I'll second that Sorcha. Emma is a great addition. Despicable but fabulous and her hatred of Chas and her family makes me love that little bit more. When she fronted Chas up tonight I was literally cheering her on!

I'm clearly in a minority here, but I still like Chas, even if she is overdoing it on the shrieking and eye rolling at the moment.

Once she stops treating Aaron like a ten year old, I'll like her even better.

Emma is just a very odd person to me. She's forgiven James for cheating, but not Moira and she even hates Chas just for dating James. What's that about? She does realise that Chas did nothing wrong to her right? Emma is the one who meddled in her relationship.

Awh....go on then. In year 7, there was a Geography teacher we were all terrified off. She overreacted to situations, if you coughed around the same time as someone else, you'd get a detention. Once some of the boys in my class started some banter, and she threw a whiteboard rubber at them. They just got even louder, she picked a cushion up of her chair (see where I'm coming from?) and walked up to one of the boys, the room went silent and the bell rang. The next day we were told she had left for undisclosed reasons

Emma without emotion left James for dead at the farm..she subjected a child to a cancer scare out of spite..almost killed Ross as a kid.. her actions of inprisoning Chas in a place she nearly died before with a knowledge of her anxiety disorder was a criminal assult.

Gillian Kearney is 43, the character of Emma could be about 47/48. Pete is about 29. It is possible.

I don't like Emma at all (her hatred of Debbie has nothing to do with it.. ) and thought it was strange that Chas looked 'frightened' of her in that last scene the other day. Chas would have knocked her out!!

I am so sick of the Dingles being above the law.

I quite like Emma as well. Don't really like the storyline, because it really put me off when it became obvious she wanted James back. It made her look so pathetic after the awesomeness of nearly leaving him to die.

But yeah, I like her ringing the Dingles' bell as well. And as long as she kills James in the end, that's fine.

I like Emma, James and the majority of the Dingles. I don' t blame them for thinking she' s loopy enough to stalk Chas and firmly marking her card, but at the same time I really like that she stands up for herself.

I like Emma. She gives Chas grief which Chas fully deserves for inflicting her pond life spawn on the world and making excuses for him.

I'm team Chas so screw Emma!! I don't think her ave James have any chemistry what soo ever though.

I like Emma, I didn't at the start but her hatred for Debbie and her standing up to the Dingles (who think they own the place and are some big family to be scared of) has won me over. The whole Dingle family especially Chas and Debbie(how dare she try and make Nikhil feel guilty) have become even more loathsome recently.
