I think she'd have more chance of staying if she did a straight up cover this week blinged up to the eye balls in a full length mink.
So is there anyone on the show that you like?

I'd fear for Mason in that situation as they won't want one category intact and another down to 1 act
I honestly think that Seann is going to be in the firing line before Mason.

Yes but the credibility level would sink even lower if that is possible if the judges, the judges of talent fgs picked those 2 over Mason. I'm not a particular fan of his but he is clearly more talented.

It'd be like Alien vs Kiera last week. I find her dull and actually liked Alien but quite obviously she is a better singer and so they had to save her.

It made a nice change for them actuall to put through the person who sang the best rather than the act that they wanted to go through. I thought that it was the best sing off performance since Jade Ellis sang 'White flag' a few years ago, and was then sent home.

I hope not, Seann is much more likeable then Mason.

This logic only works for the first three weeks or so...

He probably knows who polled in what position last week...if it was as simple as all the female contestants being in the bottom like some people think... He would not want a double elimination every week....I honestly think the belief that the public only votes for male contestants is overinflated...

After BBC lost The Voice I think old Simon Cowell is getting desperate with Strictly the choice of show many prefer.. more class to it and people are realising how contrived/forced X-Factor has turned into these days. Even Steve Brookstein has probably switched the channel..

Seann's main problem is that I think that he's an acquired taste, I like him personally but his style of performing and singing is pretty obviously not going to appeal to everyone in a way I think that he's going to be more the love/hate figure than Mason.

Also personally I think that Mason is coming across better on the show now and calmed down since the 6-six chair challenge.

Initially I'd have agreed with you and indeed I quite liked Seann in the previous rounds, especially his rendition of This Woman's Work.

Having said that he wasn't very good last week, it was hammy `and out of tune at times, and he was downright irritating with all of his 'OMG I KNOW RIGHT?'s on Xtra Factor imo.

Mason, in the meantime, is playing the misunderstood doe-eyed repentant card to the full and is coming across as, dare I say it, quite endearing in the process.

Of course that's just my take on it, but if a cynical b*gger like me can think 'D'aww' at Mason, God knows how hormonally ravaged teenage girls are responding to him. Plus, he's not bad at what he does.

I expected him to speed it up. He sang well but should have upped it up. Too slow for me - rubbish arrangement.

funny how all the acts left were above her in the voting last week then
It was a rubbish song and rubbish outfit for her. She showed what she could do in the sing off.
Why does this show try to sabotaged its acts. Its getting more and more amateur by the year. No wonder I get polls sent to me asking what I think of the show. They are seriously worried.
I can't see it lasting much longer. Its not like they dont have the talent. They just dont know what to do with it.

Listening to his comments on the show tonight he really has lost the plot.

He's all over the place. Spinning faster than Tiger Woods when he was shagging around..
