Craig has often voted something well on performance rather than technique. He said as much recently on the show. Performance is of course subjective so just because you didn't think something was worth a 10 doesn't mean someone else won't.[/quote]
There are so many things that goes on behind the scenes in shows like this, of course this would be something minor that never gets out compared to what the BBC have been hiding in relation to other shows and presenters.
The X factor is shown to be a fix with people telling the judges what way to vote, nothing happens. The risk isn't that great, it's not criminal.
Yes, Craig can vote on performance, but he once scoffed at Chris' 40, even though he was part of it.
I am not saying to me it wasn't a 40 (which it wasn't) but going on Craig, it would never have been a 40, just like when he said Franki would never be a 10 to him and obviously neither was Alesha.
