I don't see it like this at all.
Anita has always been....pretty good, but poor feet and technique not great. Lots of energy and determination and drama and work though.
I don't think she was undermarked for most of the series and have repeatedly said so and pointed out why.
Then suddenly she's 'awesome', gets really good marks, and yet I still see the content -lite dances and the faults. Draama is all there mind, as usual, but so....
She's not been sidelined at all, she's been brought to the fore.
Georgia has definitely improved, for me, and is a nice dancer, although again, many faults have been overlooked or discounted, but the content is good enough and she's done well, for me.
Jay has been a little pushed into the background, but has performed very well, again not perfect, sometimes a big mistake, sometimes a little problem here and there, but not overmarked, and, compared to many others it has appeared he's been rather 'unpimped'.
~We've yet to see whether he'll be faded out, or not, that Andre will suddenly be 'amazing' or that Anita will actually improve, or that Georgia will turn into the 'complete package'.
