I can see a bit of Fed in both Aljaz and Gleb (ooer missus). Not too much but a bit.
Mind you, I totally would Fed. I care not that his nose has been constructed in play dough by an unskilled labourer in boxing gloves. His torso is to die for and his eyes make me melt. He's also incredibly articulate and speaks idiomatic English better than 99% of the English. Back on topic (ish) I also would Aljaz and Gleb. But that's probably more of a given. Sorry (not sorry) for bringing down the tone of this thread. I have been to the pub. |

There's something animalistic about Federer that makes him sexy despite not being the prettiest boy on the playground. Aljaz is more a pretty boy. I think a bit of stubble suits him very well, it looks good on him.

I loved the chat with Tristan and Pasha on the sofa - and if they didn't have significant others, I'd be shipping them, especially after Tristan said he'd want Pasha on a desert island because he's so strong and could get the coconuts off the tree

Team GG interview was so lovely yesterday. I really enjoyed it, laughed a lot and I think that giovanni has settled in really well
. I really want him back next year and I want him and Georgia to make the finale. Jay and Ali's routine looked quite special and interesting and I'm so excited to see this routine . I think that Jay will really surprise people with this one .Fresh Prince of Grimsby ? Are you kidding me ? You couldn't make this up !!! Kevin is brilliant . ...that samba is looking like anything I've ever seen so I'm very much looking forward to seeing this one Saturday. Kevin and Kellie's energy together is a sight to behold ![]() How did Harry win the best male category ? I was expecting it to be Mark or even Louis. |

Same - I love Team GG on ITT and really want Giovanni to come back next year. Loved their Samba! It does look full of energy and great fun the Kellie and Kevin routine. I was surprised too, I thought it would be (voted for!) Mark or Louis too. |

I like Georgia and Giovanni and enjoy watching them dance.
However, one thing which gets on my nerves is Georgia's constant use of the word 'amazing'. Last night I think she used it 3 times in one sentence! It reminds me of 'Amazing' Abbey. I love Anita - I am so impressed with her attitude and that Gleb special in those heels - fair play to her. |

Mark is an ancient history, some people weren't watching SCD back in the 50s
And I think people complained (mistakenly IMO) about Louis to be arrogant. Harry had a zero dance experience, only a good sense of rhythm, being a drummer. He's a proof that what matters is a talent, a good teacher, and a bit of popularity to get you through the beginning, you don't have to be a ringah. So a very deserving winner IMO.

The word fun is beginning to really get on my wick . Its like a word that you repeat over and over and it becomes meaningless . All i hear on ITT now

They don't know what they missed with Mark. He was so good. Harry was very good in the ballroom but average in the Latin imo; Definetely not an all-rounder imo. I only remember his Argentine Tango, his quickstep , his waltz and his Halloween tango ( coincidentally no Latin dances) . That year was so predictable because it was obvious he would win. I wonder who would win for the women ? Probably Kara. Alesha has been a bit divisive with the Strictly audience since her stint as a judge that I'm not sure if she could win. |

I think mastering quick conversations among the group will be a steeper learning curve for Giovanni than the choreography. Obviously hes been all over with his dance competitions, but I suppose he hasn't needed to use English so much and so often (in group situations) and with so many regional accents.
I remember in one of his other interviews on ITT he mentioned more than once that his dance was full of contest (rather than content) but Georgia and Zoe just went with it. ![]()

First time I saw Alijaz I saw Fed. So that put me off fancying him. More of a Stan Wawrinka gal myself
Really, I just cannot see that at all and I am good with people and lookalikes usually. Aljazto me has nothng similar to Roger. Inever see the appeal of Stan though, wow, I always think he is quite unfortunate looking. |

Strange too, when I was a little girl I used to look quite like the Federer twin girls. |

I must say I'm surprised that so many find Federer hot.
I'll admit to being a bit of a wierdo as I don't even find Alijaz hot (handsome and a fabulous dancer, but not hot) but I can understand how many do. I'm struggling with Federer though he seems to be popular ![]() The only similarity I can see between Federer and Alijaz is that you can't see either of their eyes

But I'm not a big fan of the way Zoe feeds them the words they should use - e.g. not "how did you feel about your performance?" but "how much fun did you have in that performance?" and "how excited are you about "Blackpool"? And to a pro, not "what did you think about your celeb's performance" but "how proud were you of [X]?" That means they always come back with the same word that she used instead of being free to express another emotion or feeling which might be truer to what they are thinking or more relevant. |

I think it's the rather severe brow line. Aljaz struck me as a bit of a Roger lookalike when I first saw him too.
I agree about Aljaz but I must admit I find Roger a little bit yummy And I'm loving the Strictly/tennis hybrid this thread has become ![]() I do agree though, I love the tennis SCD mix. Dance and tennis (especially Federer) are the two big passions I have. A shame though that most tennis players are awful dancers, although Roger dances so much around the court, I doubt he would make much of a dancer either! |

Although I don't follow the tennis as closely as I used to, whereas I have become a bit Strictly obsessed of late! Yes, I know a lot of the retired female players have done some version of Strictly but I don't think any of them have been all too successful! |
