I really liked Danny's attitude too, think he realises how lucky he is, doing what he does.

Rinder also said something similar a few weeks ago. Think Zoe mentioned him combining his TV show with SCD and he said neither of them were real work, and he was lucky unlike most people - or something like that!

I appreciate celebs who don't take their work too seriously and recognise that a lot more people have stressier jobs.

Yes, she is conning the voting public, not a good look.

They're my favourite couple for sure - they are really enjoying it, no sob stories and lots of fun !

I love seeing them, same with the Bake Off - just a shame neither the bakes nor the dresses look anything like the sketches

Whisper it quietly. Ssshhhhh. I actually think she could nail it this week. Her training footage looks good, her outfit sketch looks very good, the music is very good. The intensity seems to be there. If she can avoid errors I have a sneaky feeling a very big score could be in the offing.

Very interesting show.

Natalie seems super-invested in Greg - which is nice as of course you want the pro to be invested - but I don't recall her being quite so excuse filled before. Maybe she's nervous?

Rob in a straight up outfit doing a non-themed routine will either make or break him. He's improving (I think - I know nada about dance) but his shape looks awfully clunky at times. Certainly looked a bit odd in the training clip. Wonder if he will go before Ed?

Danny and Oti make me smile. They seem like a very grounded pair, well aware they're doing something that is fun, but doing their best to do it as well as they can.

Edited to add: Louise looked rather good in her training clip. If she can do that in performance, it may be an actual breakthrough.

I'll remember this if it goes belly up on Saturday!

I have a feeling this will be Louise's breakthrough week, she will lose her mumsy persona and blossom into a sexpot !! I will call it now she will top the leader board or be second, she will be the last girl standing at the end.

Well, I for one don't really care that she's dancing with Kevin.....

But for me she's like Rachel Stevens in her year - - great dancer, but just doesn't have that spark that connects with the voting public.....

Those who say she's beige are 100% correct - she is technically good but there is zero chemistry with Kevin and even less with the camera which connects her to the voters at home.

A lot of them seem to be citing 1 hour on Monday, and not just this week. Has something changed this year? Has the pro schedule changed so that they are not available for as long? Perhaps that's why a lot of the training vids seem a bit crappy - they are still very early stages and some are just walking through.

Monday has always been pro rehearsal day so the couples who have to be on ITT mon/tue have to film so will have almost no time to rehearse before they are filmed. That doesn't mean they don't rehearse after filming in the evening though.

Like there is anything else?

It's like Jay and Aliona all over again.

But they also sometimes have other commitments, eg this Monday most of them seem to have gone to the pride of Britain awards, so for them Tue was basically day one.

What I would like is if they gave some idea of how many hours into training they are in the vids. Sometimes it feels like we are left trying to compare hour 2 of one couple to hour 10 of another, but without knowing it's frustrating.

Of course one could argue, if they were playing devil's advocate, that it's very easy to come in with a relaxed attitude if you've come in with pretty much a guarantee of being in the final, because you're a young, highly dance trained, good looking male.

Of course she will have her' breakthrough' this week
sexy dance, sexy dress, sexy expression no one else dancing an AT to be compared to

her metamorphosis from mumsy mum dancing to sexpot passionate dancer over the weeks will be complete

TPTB at SCD love it when a plan comes together, I fully expect 4 x 10 marks and Bruno going overboard with his discription of the sexpot standing before him

How Like another fm said did you miss the ringer, stage schools, he's so dull threads about him

I have never ever seen a celebrity contestant have the amount of support that Jay did ; Never and I've been watching this show since the very beginning . I thought 2011 with Harry judd was something else but no with Jay it was entirely something else.

Danny has his good share of detractors here as all the others do. Yes quite a few people are starting to warm up to him but his support is nowhere near Jay.

Just to give you a small example. Jay messed up quite a few of his dances yet still won favorite dance, best dance of the week while Danny messed up last week and didn't. People voted for Jay to win the poll regardless ( I supported him last year so yes I was guilty of that )

Greg was trying to say almost the same but with Natalie sat vibrating so hard next to him that dogs were starting to round up sheep.

Natalie has always been a favorite of mine, but don't like the way she is carrying on over this.

I didn't hear pleading in her voice, I heard annoyance that her 'smoke and mirrors' routine was seen by Craig for what it was.

A case of 'the lady doth protest too much' methinks.

I'm a big Nat fan,but am starting not to like the way she has reacted over the Craig comment. Hope now she can suck it up and move on.
