I took it as he thought he was so adorable and cute he wanted to wrap him all up and take him home. It did come across as slightly serial killery but that was what was so hilarious about it.

It was on Tuesday last week. It always moves to Tuesday once there are fewer couples as she can get them all done in one go. I wasn't expecting it to be on tonight.

No mistakes were made in the dance off by either dancers...so how on earth was Peter saved.
I really think this time the judges have badly let themselves down and the public.

It's not a coincidence. From last week they had enough couples to be able to fit them all into one night.
(although they do film the Tuesday ITT on Mondays, as far as I'm aware...)

Wouldnt they have done it for everyone and not just because it was Peter? From what i have heard from people who have gone to the show over the years, they re record lots of things on the show. Only the BBC Strictly producers know the real answer to this i guess!

They were obviously told to save Peter by the producers.
Someone mentioned strictly not being sweetness and light behind the scenes. .I agree. I never bought into it anyways.

That tells Jamelia that the public at home have to be shown a rapturous reception for Peter otherwise how would he be 'justified' in being put through. Note Jamelia used air quotes when she said she 'knew' so it was an educated guess on her part - and one I would also have made if I had been in her position and saw the shenanigans that were going on.
