I'm still in lovely Barnet! We just did an epic trawl of local charity shops. I am worn out, we have been out since 9.30 and only sat down for twenty minutes!!! Daughter has got AMAZING bargains and I got a lovely dress

Our trapper took several ferals into a new vets that was set within a Pets at Home store to be neutered, then she would return them to the wild. However one ferocious Tom escaped, climbed straight up the wall and onto the ceiling of the shop, a panel of which gave way under his weight allowing him to jump into the roof space Then he was tearing about inside the roof yowling!!!!! Our trapper had left before this happened and her phone was out of juice so they were left in a right pickle, since this was NOT a sweet ickle puddy tat but would have taken the face off anyone that climbed up, plus would be likely spraying everywhere and was a proper stinky crittur!!!

In the end, they had to leave food out with a mild veterinary sedative in it and once the shop was closed, waited for him to sneak back down and eat it. What a palaver!

Due to return on Wednesday morning I hope planets is OK

Ooh I used to love a good charity shop trawl! Manchester sister and I have lots of stuff we bought over 30 years. Shops here are not so good, but still ok for books.

Wouldn't want to be around that feral cat! Ragnar could use them.
