Those colours don't look so good when partially washed out do they But hey ho. I'd rather look funky for a few days then shove all the hair into a bun while it sorts itself out!

I've been dragging out all the camping gear in readiness for festivalling next week for the Bank holiday weekend. Every year I wonder how on earth we will get it into my friend's car and every year we manage to shoehorn it all in somehow
It didn't really fade! It just stayed the colour of the girl on the right's hair

It was a brand i don't even know if it still exists called CrazyColour.

Awh which festival are you going to Twass i used to work on festival radio it was great not only free tickets but you get to see the gigs and interview all the musicians!!

It's a cheapo cover bands festival, I go every year, called GLASTONBUDGET Three days of utter mayhem. Often the cover bands are just as good if not better than the originals. We have a brilliant time once we've got Chequers [the tent] up. Chequers has a mind and will of its own and it's usually touch and go if we'll manage to erect it. It's always a different rather warped shape. We provide entertainment for the other campers during its erection Then we festoon it in fairy lights and bunting just in case we can't find it after dark. Ours is the one visible from outer space

Two years ago Glastonbudget was awash. Knee deep in liquid mud and still the rain kept coming. This was prior to my friend's hip replacement so she was on crutches in considerable pain. AND WE STILL HAD A BLAST!!

We'd rather it was dry please. It's even MORE fun in the sun!

I just had a Birds Eye fish burger in a ciabatta roll with lettuce, tomato, cuc and sliced cheese, mayo and ketchup and it was just awesome! How are your holey gums? Could they do a burger yet?

It sounds like you are getting there which is good news indeed. You've come a long way in these few months it seems! Are the docs of the general opinion that you're now sort of on the up?

It's lovely to eat when i want which sounds weird but for two years i had to eat when other people told me to.

Was at the docs again yesterday discussing latest batch of test results! It's sort of mixed, some stuff is good, other stuff (which are side effects or as a result of the original issue) aren't so crash hot, but i got the weirdest advice yesterday....both my GP and the nurse are insisting i start eating chocolate It's so weird, never been prescribed chocolate before BY A DOCTOR!!! Its the second time he's said it, the first time i thought it was a joke so didn't buy any!

Well, there's iron in chocolate, and obviously fat which you may need. Decent choc is full of health benefits so long as not a high sugar version. Lucky you! *passes over the Lidl finest choccy bar*

Like i said earlier i went for a wee drive around the dale after the doctors yesterday. It's weird how emotional i'm finding this spring it's all so beautiful, i felt so lucky to be living somewhere so beautiful. I figured it was being trapped inside for so long.

Is that on the tellybox? I am watching lovely Noel Fitzpatrick on 4+1 with the tissues to hand

It's not strange at all my dear. You had a close call, and were shut away from nature, which is the fount of all life and what's best in this world. Now you see and value it as never before, and it rewards you with its endless bounty. This is why pagans like me say nature is our church. No need for anything else
