The sun is cracking the flags up here in the North West. It's glorious weather.

PS. The third season of Vikings started last week on the History Channel. I know you die hards have already watched season three but I haven't yet so if you spoil it for me you will not be allowed to enter Valhalla.

You are not Odin. Now shurrup or I'll send a raven to peck your eyes out, then you won't be watching anything

Performed with due ceremony and ritual. I wonder if Picto will be as stoic as Jarl Borg.

Of course I would, but it does smart a bit when they pull your lungs through the gap in your ribs.

Hey, it's not easy getting them back in again when everyone has left the ritual. It's like when you open a tent then try to repack it, or try to deflate a lilo.

Mmm, pasta...................*lays out second lung* he's gibbering a bit now and I've made a right mess of me slippers but I think his penance is done. *walks solemnly away leaving torches flickering on dark pools of claret*

I hope you've got some cheese to go on that?

enjoy enjoy!! I like to use cherry tomatoes or those mini plum ones and roast them stuffed with garlic; while they are cooking i cook the onion and courgette in the herbs and spices then join the two together. i find you get a richer flavour than just using tinned toms on the hob.....

(ps it WAS delicious! )

Forgot to mention that Athelstan is ruling France tonight BBC2 9.30
