It's been a right old fight to try and find any facts or truths; the mainstream media has been very remiss. I've had to really search to find accurate information. Most people won't do that they will rely on main stream media and they have been let down with meaningless rhetoric and scaremongering. It's been a disgrace and my cynicism is at an all time high.
Having worked for associated press for years where I had to write and present news without bias, (the bias comes later when other news organisations add their editorial) just the facts, I find I tend to question untruths whoever is saying them. I've always been more interested in trying to find out what actually happened rather than spinning a news story to protect someone from looking bad. I temped briefly for a news station funded by the government when Blair was Prime Minister and it was like something out of 1984, try covering John Prescott punching a protester when you "mustn't show the government in a bad light".
Reading threads and comments on news articles seeing people throwing insults at others who just disagree with them, is rather sad. I think less of the people I have seen doing it.
I'm not so sure it will be close, i think it will be remain.
