Yes, everyone associates it with eating too much stilton and drinking too much port! yet there was a guy in my t'ai chi class who was a super fit hang glider who had gout.
You've got fruit on your tree? i think mine is a display purposes only variety, but i thought it was dead so the four blossoms were a surprise!
I'm drinking something called montmorency cherry concentrate 2 tablespoons is the equivalent to a hundred cherries apparently
