it's a weird old day here sunny very early then grim now windy with the odd patch of blue!!

i feel positively saintly was at the docs all morning then did my food shopping and my mum's bought her treats took it round(because i am on anti inflammation diet and can't eat anything nice i bought her tins of sweeties and boxes of cornettos and also one of those lovely chocolate twist things from the lidl pastry section sort of like a pain au chocolate, i felt like one of those weird Feeders who hold people hostage and feed them ) *puts bag of chocolate twists in the chins proof safe and resets forcefield*

i repotted my lupin cos it had grown so huge then i was filthy so had a shower then i thought i was too clean for my bed so did all the bedding....now i'm bloody exhausted!!!

in bed all day tomorrow i think. *thinks timed that well for men's quarter finals day*

I did the clean self clean bed thing yesterday. My hair was still damp as I climbed in. Lovely feeling isn't it....clean everything!!

I'm not allowed protein because of the purines ...no cheese or eggs (i would murder a cheesey omlette)
i had some cheese to use up so i made some cheesey scones and put them in the freezer ready to pop in the oven if anyone comes round or when i can eat them again!!
no prosecco *sobs*

you've had a busy day too!!! yes indeed i love the clean self clean bed part of it all especially when you feel like you've achieved stuff. i love it when the garden looks all neat (it doesn't last long!!) you'r garden is HUGE though so you must be knackered! have you got any treats?

I have some raspberries which I will have with ice cream Oh poor you on the cheese and egg front So you are basically living off vegetables and stuff? I can imagine you serving your guests the cheesy scones while drooling uncontrollably

The garden has been ALMOST licked for the time being. Just a tidy up needed and it will do for a couple of weeks

it was my aunt's 90th last sunday (not this one just been) and i had to bake loads of cakes and cheesey quiches the table was heaving with cakes and delicious cheesey things....i got to eat dry ryvita and some tuna fish

ooo well done i hope there's some sun so you can enjoy it! it will be looking splendid for miniTwass's visit!

She arrives for her holiday on Friday! I will be gardening round her. I don't really sit much in the garden...well I perch for a minute or two then see something that needs dead heading or ...well you know how it is
