Something went wrong with my tablet this evening, I couldn't get into Chrome at all. So I turned it off and went out for egg and chips. All back to normal, and now to catch up with bb on +1.
Thats the wonder of egg and chips. I will let the boys on the IT support desk know.

i think that's more accurate

it's blowing a gale here but it's stopped raining!! hoorah!

have done some shopping (just boring fruit and veg but some treaty expensive italian coffee!) hoovered the kitchen (even with my glass off there was so much crap on the floor it looked like outside ) watered the garden and now collapsed in bed with a coffee and a lime juice.

the verges on the way to sainsbury are in full glorious poppy and cornflower bloom today, i stopped to take some picture but it's so windy i think everything will have blown out of frame if anything is salvageable so you can get a hint of how beautiful it all is i'll post them up.

Has anyone ever had to take allopurinol? just i'm feeling rather peculiar, not just pain wise but a bit otherworldly like i'm sort of half here....just wondered if it wears off after the body gets used to it?

Quoting you to include planets; never taken that, but father in law did, it should give you joint relief.

Quite calm here, final field of sileage cut, hope to bale and wrap it Wed.

Ooh season 5 of Vikings is being filmed in Wicklow!!!

Oh I'd love to go and have a look! But we're so busy here. A very lovely newspaper columnist wrote a few weeks ago about taking her kids out of school to watch star wars being filmed in Cork. Tent and binoculars, what a memory for her kids.

Everything is being filmed in Ireland!! Well, it is very beautiful if Vikings is anything to go by

You'll have to sneak off from your chores for a bit of Viking!

It is very beautiful, and I'd love to sneak off from the chores for a while, but impossible at the moment.

Last bit of sileage baled and wrapped, slurry will be next.

Very quiet in here, hope everyone is well

Do you wrap silage? I thought it was fermented grass and kept in silos as sort of piles of gungey stuff, not liquid but not something you can bale or wrap?

Hi An, for many years we put silage into a big pit (and it doesn't turn into gungy stuff, there are channels round the pit to drain excess liquid) but the horrible weather over the past few years means for us to protect the grass means we have to cut, tedd and bale, then wrap.

It ferments within the wrapped bale. Eek just spent two weeks doing it
