I feel all lost and discombobulated. No medals, no Olympics, no Michael Johnson, no nothing!

Do any of you watch this programme about families who spend loads on their shopping? They had a woman on tonight who spends 2.5 times my water rates on bottled water. So she spends more on bottled drinking water than I do on cooking, washing, drinking, laundry, flushing the loo and watering plants.

I've seen that programme before......it beggars belief what some folks spend and waste!

I found the Magnesium spray to be very good. I am still using it....although my foot is not entirely back to normal it is so much better than it was, and they said tendon injuries might take months...in three weeks the spray has worked wonders! I have also been taking Magnesium citrate tablets

magnesium spray -still using it it works a treat especially if you get cramp.

yes ebony got banned other people know more about that than me.

That's brilliant Twass i did a tendon years ago and it took longer to heal than when i broke bones in my foot so three weeks is fab!!!

That's brilliant Twass i did a tendon years ago and it took longer to heal than when i broke bones in my foot so three weeks is fab!!!
It's very good stuff indeedy!

i know, i don't know how i managed, strength of character i imagine

there are lots of Game of Thrones cropping up in the Olympic section because of Jon Snow presenting the paralympics....

thanks Twass it was horrific freezing rain and winter then as i walked out the hospital ta aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa sunshine and summer!! lovely stuff.

am just going to forage in the kitchen for some food cos i'm bloomin starving and i will return with a tray and if you are around we can press play
