Hellooooo eeeeee

Dear lurkers, I thought you may like to know that I have had a message from one of our special thread friends Planets.

She is fine but has had her power knocked out i the gales. The power company are telephoneing regularly thanking her for her patience. They obviously don;'t know her like we do or they would know that she is far from patience and is in fact alternately cursing them and climbing the walls not being able to get on line. The power comes on for a while and then goes again. She also had toothache. But apart from that all is fine and dandy!

Now where the hell are the Sillies?

Anyone who says off the coast of Cornwall gets a slap (Pricto1)

Ooooh hello all. Got back very late from the northern shopping trip last night, freezer now full of goodies and a year's supply of lurpak, but no dandelion and burdock to be had anywhere bah Stopped off for dinner with tkjr who has somehow managed to get to 32 o

Word of warning; the wind is getting up very much here, to my ears it sounds worse than Clodagh, which brought down a good few branches. Stay safe!

Eta just seen your post An, I warned you! Glad planets is safe and well, if frustrated at power companies.

Off the coast of Cornwall!
, mainly at the thought of An giving you a good skelping.

Took me ages to get here; got a very annoying pop up thing which keeps telling me I've won an iPhone 6s, whatever that is and why would I want it? By the time I cleaned everything up, DS forgot I existed.

Morning all.

I thought the winds were bad my end ( no pun intended ) but thankfully, as yet, no outtages and fences are still up but a couple are now loose.

It is very quiet in here without planets and moose, hope all is ok with moose, maybe the weather has affected her connection too.

Yes now you mention it Moose has been conspicuous by her absence for too long now. I am beginning to worry. She sometimes goes walk abouts for a few days and leaves her mark here and there while not pooping into Silliness but I haven't seen any of her droppings anywhere lately.

That should have read popping in to Silliness - not pooping. Not good next to droppings which I meant in the pearls of wisdom sense. She might make mischief but our Moose is fully housetrained.

One, it started with The Ruts, who were brilliant, I should have mentioned them....then the mighty Dreadzone, then the Levs! I do love a crusty band or several

Chins haven't you learned yet? There is no need to nick everything. There is always a plentiful supply and we are happy to share. I bought Stollen yesterday too. First of the year.

It struck me as an odd combination Levellers and Dreadzone thats why I asked.

Mind you some years ago I went to a gig where a band called Salsa Celtica ahd combined Irish didddly diddly music ( apoloigies TK - nothing derogatory meant) with Latin American Salsa. On paper it should be a car crash. In practise it's brilinat. I have had some mad dances to it, half salsa and half galloping around the room.

Oh wow no apologies necessary An, some of the diddly-di music is tragic, but that is great.
