Hello it's Odin

Now I remember why I didn't like adblocker. One can't use smilies.

Small hams (500g) and perfect, no waste, in Lidl for between €3.79 and €2.99. bah smilie hanging onto my every word (not a bit bah!)
Fabulous, I hope my Lidl has those in! I shall find out today

[/i][/b]

^ Erm, and what about all that then? Silly, silly twassock!
My LOCAL forecast, here in KENT, not in the thread, you donut!!

hahhahaha brilliant!!
As Twass says i think that confirms our divinity, the female triple aspect of Odin. We are re-writing viking legends

*bangs sword on shield*
We most certainly are

SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am the owner of a very small but perfectly formed little ham! And three very large leeks I intend to live off said ham for the next couple of days, and make enough cheesy leeks to freeze two portions. WOOHOO!!!

I forecast a warm front of ham, cheese sauce, leeks, and broad beans with buttery mash intervals

CONGRATULATIONS!!! you must be delighted! I'm so jealous mine ran out last night

It's a bit grim here, weatherwise. a heavy front of salad moved in over night
I'm hoping for better weather later in the week *crosses fingers*

These new kidney tablets are a bugger on my knees: they made me so feeble i fell downstairs and Father Teded my knee up. i'm going to have to go in search of some sort of knee support/brace later bugger

On the plus side my brothers fishing tackle arrived in the post this morning and his parcel is ready to go off HOORAH!

*sips tea*

I'm going to cook it in coca cola then brush it with a mixture of maple syrup, marmalade and mustard before a little roastage. I've been fair dribbling with anticipation all day!

How is it a pill intended for the kiddlies has interfered with your knees? Does it know it needs to be a bit further north? Some stout strapping should do the job I guess. This is the problem with all these drugs, the blooming side effects. The only side effects you get with pork is a full tum and possibly a few burps.

Got my brother's parcel off HOORAH! now i'm just waiting for things for my mum to arrive and i'm almost done, wrapped everything up, cards are posted, tree up in sitting room, decorated the kitchen and bought a knee support for the injured knee! I am rocking this christmas marlarky considering 4 days ago i'd done nothing!!!

(the pills made me all wobbly and i fell down the stairs and buggered my knee up!! on the way home from the chemist i was thinking about your dodgy foot and remember the magnesium spray!!! so i've covered it in that and have a chocolate biscuit a cup of tea got my leg up and am going to watch a film!!! )

Aha keyboard is back! Only the smilies worked for me at first!

Hope you're well, how is the knee, planets? Magnesium oil might help.

Good to hear you found the small hams, twass, they were on sale for €2.99 last week, which is why I bought two.

Haha yes my first thought was well that was a great upgrade!
Ham is a staple here, small joint plenty for dinner, and leftovers for sandwiches. However, tonight it's fish and chips, just waiting for mrtk to come home, mushy peas are warming through!
Blinking smilie following me around, can't get rid.

It might slow him down a bit.

Am bloated with fish'n'chips. Glad your knee is improving a bit, I've got a very dodgy knee that I just have to carefully manage, otherwise I'm in trouble.

Haven't had fish and chips for ages but because you mentioned it i keep hallucinating the almost taste of batter

yes rest anti inflammatories and....*sips gin and tonic* plenty of fluids have all helped
when i did it it was so painful for 48 hours i thought i'd broken it thanks eff i didn't that really would have been the final straw!!!

i will say that magnesium spray was magnificent ! i'd forgotten to use it, then i was going through the things Twass did for her poorly foot earlier in the year (as my brain is not working) and i remembered it!!!

made a veggie ragu for some pasta, just about to pop some spaghetti on.... i may have spent too much time using the one click facility on amazon while DS was unavailable

Yes the last two or three weeks Friday night has been fish'n'chips from the van night, really not very clever in the run up to crimbo!

Yes my knee damage was due it being my 'turning' leg in many years of jiving in my teens and twenties. Enjoyed it though! And yes the fluid in a g and t helps enormously. I too have found the magnesium oil helpful, and an epsom salts footbath is fab.

God we're very medical tonight.
