I don't think Jeremy will do a John Sargeant however.

Well I would be most disappointed if he tool that attitude . its not fair to the skilled dancers who deserve their hard work recognised,
When all is said and done it is a dance competition and I adore Jeremy but finalist he is not!
Pretty sure he's working just as hard as those more skilled dancers, and for less of a reward. I'm sure, based on the reaction of his cast mates, none of them would begrudge him staying in.

When all is said and done, it's an entertainment program based on dancing.

Carol. Please. Tonight.

I can't go through another week of Carol walking around with her hands on her hips smiling in a smug way while Pasha dances the actual dance around her. It resembles Jerry Hall doing her catwalk walk around while Anton danced around her.

Jeremy at least does something resembling the dance he is supposed to be doing. Carol does not. Whilst being a very nice smiley lady, she can't dance for toffee.

I hope Carol and possibly Jamillia go before Jeremy. He is so enjoying it and I love his enthusiasm. Wait for Mactown to hit me.
I have no issues with your choice as I said in my op. I just feel sorry if a good Dancer goes.

Every time I see this thread-title I feel like my kid's asking me if he can have a very middle-class sleepover.

For the 874th time (at least) it's an entertainment programme based on dancing, it's not a straight dance competition.

Jeremy is also working hard. He isn't as naturally talented as some of the others, but he's putting in the hours. He was training alone at the beginning of the week rather than slack off while Karen was ill.

The "skilled dancers" know the score when they sign up....more so than many members of this forum, it would seem.

Exactly, he trains for hours each day the public seem to love him as do his dance mates. Let's keep him there a bit longer. There are still three who could go before him.

Well yes, Jeremy can't dance a lick, but he's just so joyous, I hate to see him go.
Same here, really enjoyed jeremy's dance tonight, I thought he deserved more points.
Jeremy, yes. Carol, no.
Carol yes, Jeremy no.

I get frustrated by the lack of energy Carol puts into her dancing, she just seems to go through the motions, so think she deserves to go.
I have given all my online votes to Anton & Katie because I think they are consistently under marked and I really enjoy their dancing.

I hope Carol goes this week. I think her performances are now embarrassing. No issue with Jeremy staying while he's putting so much into it.

I completely agree with this. Some of the comments I read about about who "should" stay, and getting rid of "dead wood" make me laugh. Why bother watching the show at all if you only want to see good dancers. Twitter is just as bad, tweets telling voters of "not good dancers" to hang heads in shame blah blah blah.
I like Jeremy, not a fan of Carol's, and both have as much right to stay as anyone else.

I think it is worth pointing out that both Jeremy and Carol are far better than previous year's duffers. Although we don't want to lose one of the better dancers, the show will survive and still have plenty of competition. It will not be Pixiegate!

I can definitely see the judges saving Jeremy in a dance off with Carol, don't think they would save Jeremy in a dance off with Jamelia though. As much as he's full of joy and loving it, the judges I think will look for technique, and to me, Jamelia is a better dancer than Jeremy.

Of course it's ok if Jeremy and Carol stay in the competition tonight.

I would be happy for Jeremy and Karen to lift the glitterball. Less happy for Carol and Pasha because she doesn't appear to be trying too hard but if the public vote tor her then that's fine.

Of course it's okay if they stay...it will be because it's what the public want.

Besides there's still the dead wood of Jamelia & Katie to be rid of before we are down to anyone who could be seen as a genuine contender.

Well if it means anything, Arlene Phillips and Matthew Bourne are sharing the love for Jeremy on Twitter, apparently his timing is 'awesome'

I would say I'm pretty sure no one will die if they do, but Tess did seem a bit unsteady.

Are they

Their scoring (especially's Carol's at the moment) says otherwise.

Anyway, Jeremy is leaving at Blackpool and assuming we lose both Jamelia and Carol between that, it means the contenders (or the good dancers) are all still in it after Blackpool week.

Also, Anton has gone out twice in Blackpool in recent years (if I am correct), so he and Katie are also in danger there (if Jeremy survives the dance-off). The year of the Anton has gone out of the window and much will depend on their dance on the night. Probably ballroom, but what I understand from Monkseal's stats is that Anton has ALWAYS been eliminated on a ballroom dance (plus the fact that they only have the more "boring" ballroom dances left).

For they are the Alpha and the Omega. And I saw the wild Head Judge and the dahnce purists of the earth and their armies gathered together to wage war against the one seated on the horse. Thou shalt not suffer a weather soothsaying witch to live.
