Yes it would be a crying shame to lose one of the "better" (in terms of dance content and ability) competitor but it is what it is. The "best" doesn't always win and it's a highly subjective point anyway as to whom the best is.

I too have voted for Jeremy as he is so entertaining and trying really hard, he deserves a few votes just for his improvement as he is clearly not a natural dancer. In fact my votes go to those who
I think deserve them for
my own reasons and not because they are at the top of the leader board.
So many good dancers this year, who appear to have a natural ability, so it's easier to vote for the improvement in those who haven't.
