Don't get her at all, mediocre voice and boring to watch but she seems popular so it's all good

I wonder if they can simply refuse to wear an outfit if it was as horrendous as the one Monica seemed forced to appear in?

I felt really sorry for her.

I'm surprrised she was safe! Her performance was average at best and she's hardly the most likeable contestant on there.... She does have talent though, her performance last week was brilliant. I'm not a fan of her originals though, they feel quite dated to me.


I'm sure they can, if they can decide they're not keen on a song they can surely do the same for an outfit! I'd have done it if I looked like she did, sorry but she looked an absolute state. She did pick the dress though it seems, so it's not their fault :P

Well, considering the amount of money she's paid, she should be able to make some decisions. I think Monica could have sung that song well if she was dressed in something she was comfortable in.

She looked dreadful. Who dressed her? Really bad.

Vocally not great either.

Hopefully we will see the real Monica next week. She needs to sing one of her own songs. That's where she really shines. She's a great writer.

if she was safe after that performance( with very few casual votes I think) it means she has some unexpected popularity.

I felt sorry for her. From the VT, she clearly didn't want to wear that. They made her and then the judges really criticised her performance and her look.
Way to knock someone's confidence! They'll be lucky if she wears anything other than a black baggy top and trousers for the rest of the series...
