Apologies if this has been asked in the main show discussion thread but Helen's two friends she met up with in her VT, I'm assuming they were both actresses - the dark haired girl, big eyes, she's definitely been in something fairly big recently but can't for the life of me think what it was... (Fairly sure they weren't Call The Midwife people.)

Most probably two actresses shoved in there...I don't know why but I always feel as though Helen has her own head up her backside.

I think that's unfair - unless you know Helen personally and have formed an opinion of your own. I suppose she seems rather 'posh' to some people : clear diction, perfect grooming, manners etc but I like the way she comes across. Also re her dancing - she always tries very hard. I think she seems rather sweet.

I didn't recognize either of the friends, but I did see a shot of two of her CtM cast in the audience after her dance. They were Emerald Fennell (Patsy) and Linda Bassett (Nurse Crane).

Maybe unfair to you...but that is my opinion.

They did seem quite "actressy" (made up word I know ) as in they seemed very comfortable in front of the camera and there was something familiar about one of them. I preferred this VT to some of the more acted out ones. It was a bit "Sex and the City" which I liked.

Nope, that's not it at all.

They were so natural & relaxed In front of the camera I wouldn't be surprised if they were actresses. With "normal" people they are a little nervous /unnatural in front of the cameras

With Helen being an actress it's surely not hard to believe that some of her friends would also be in the business.

I was more interested in the couple stuffed in the corner behind them. The bloke looked round once as if to say 'What the hell is going on?' then they tried to carry on their meal as if there weren't a load of cameras and Aljaz demonstrating dance moves right behind them

Just remembered I'd seen her as one of the talking heads in those It Was Alright in the 1970s etc things in Channel 4. So not in fact something that big but I knew it was something I'd watched on a regular basis!
