If X-Factor on ITV gets canned.. how about an All Star series finale!? it has been a British institution for the last 12 years so would be fitting - a celebration.

All stars is a very American institution not sure it would work here

There was a World X Factor in 2013 but they did it in Indonesia. The international judges were Daniel Bedingfield, Louis Walsh and Paula Abdul. They should do one in the next couple of years in the UK!

I think they should do what Survivor is doing and give out a second chance season where all of the shows acts that had talent but just didn't work out for them on their first stint get given another chance to win the show.

that's pretty much what an all stars season is, because i can't imagine any of the winners would want to come back and become losers.

I very much doubt anyone who had been through the process of being on the show would want to come back, having experienced first hand the manipulations and the way contestants are treated.

but that wasnt a competition
it happened because at that year, x factor started in Indonesia and become a huge hit
so the local channel that host the show, bring back some contestant to perform & judges to comment for their channel aniversary
no competition or whatsoever
