It's in moments like this that we get to appreciate how Dermot made it look easy.
I always said it here that you guys took Dermot for granted, because I'm not british and I have seen talent shows from all over the world. No presenter I've seen was as much of a natural as Dermot. It really gave credibility to the show.

Agreed. Dermot just made it look easy. He must have had so many voices shouting down his earpiece to wrap things up but he was always at the top of his game and knew how to play up the tension.

I like Caroline and Olly but I don't really see the point of having the two of them. Plus, can they not do the Xtra Factor as well as the main show, it feels unnecessary to have 2 sets of presenters. Perhaps one should do each.

They're not doing too well at presenting this, however being a bad presenter of the XF should not be held as an example of how good a presenter you are. It requires a stupid style of presenting. Caroline and Olly were both really good on the Xtra Factor, but I've seen Caroline do serious presenting before too and she can do it. The problem with presenting X Factor is that you're required tone yourself down and be an idiot. I know that obviously presenting the XF requires a more serious presenting style, but I just think that the way presenters are required to act for it makes them look like an idiot...it's very cringy. Even Dermot came across ridiculous on it and it was obvious he was embarrassed by it.

I would love if she did present the main show, just because if/when The Saturdays have a comeback we'll get a guest performance
