So everyone loves Sean now?

It makes me laugh that so many people are now outraged that Sean has gone home because they loved him so much. Clearly he wasn't loved that much as he wouldn't have been in the bottom 2. He is dull and his appearance was what got him this far. If everyone is such huge fans of Sean you've got to vote. Simple as that! Someone has to go.

Lol I don't understand it either,. Everyone on facebook is now outraged that he's left.. But I hardly saw any supporters in the comments yesterday!!

I loved Seann from the beginning - not because of his appearance but because of his voice and passionate delivery. When there so many contestants you can't always vote for everyone you like and sometimes people vote for the ones they love that they also think may be in danger - especially when they possibly in that danger because their mentors have given them poor and sabotaging song choices.

Exactly! Look at the Facebook likes for this week as an example. He was right down the bottom.

Excellent.

Just like how everyone made a massive deal when Ella Henderson came 6th on X Factor. She's not done too badly since then.

Seann just needed to use the show as a launchpad to make himself known. He's now done that, so now he can concentrate on (hopefully) creating some decent music and sign a record deal ready to unleash his music in 2016.

I don't know if it's love but I think it's a recognition that he was one of the better and more interesting performers on the show and probably one of the few acts weeks after the show has gone off the air that people are actually going to remember.

I think there is some regret among those of us who prefer acts that catch our eye rather than the usual bad karaoke singers.

I loved Seann from the beginning. I love the theatrical performances, and I voted for him. It just didn't matter because people only care about what they can see.

But that's kind of besides the point. It's not going to make the next few weeks of TV better if Seann launches his own album after easter next year, is it?

One of the better performers on the show has gone and the show will be poorer for it. Does it mean his career is over? No but it does mean the show just got less interesting.

If there really was less than 1% between him, Kiera, and Mason, I honestly do think part of the reason might have been people took it for granted that he was safe. I think he'd have gotten a rebound next week, whereas I doubt Mason will.

Interesting you think his appearance is what got him where he is though when a few of the people annoyed about him going home are shouting that it's the only thing that got him sent home. Not saying it is, just saying I find it an interesting contrast to a lot of other commentary happening on here tonight

If people want to blame anybody than blame his mentor Nick and Rita! Nick had the chance to save him as his better singer of the two but didn't! I honestly think that Nick thought Sean had more votes than Mason but he should not have took that chance. Shame on Nick!!!!

Dull is watching James Taylor. Dull is watching Mason Noise. There are a lot of ways you can describe Sean Miley Moore, extravagant, flamboyant, extrovert, talented but dull, never.

I gave Sean one of my 5 votes but its probably the same old story, people thought he'd be safe so didn't vote for him. Its happened in previous series and it'll happen again.

The guy can sing. He will most likely have a career on stage. But once Mason goes that'll be the last we hear of him. Obscurity beckons.

Not everyone. I never loved him and I still don't. I was surprised that he went out so early, because he had been given so much attention and praise that I thought he would last till near the end bit wouldn't win because he is so divisive. Despite my surprise, I was very glad to see him go. Mason will be much easier to get rid of than Seann would have been if he had survived tonight.
