When Clara asked how the Doctor felt when he thought she was dead he replied mentioning something about being it being a long month and then he had a sad look to him. Does anybody think Clara has been dead for a month for the Doctor?

Figure of speech, as debated on yesterday's thread.

It's no more significant than David Tennant's hair changing in the shots with and without Billie Piper when he says, "Sorry, did you just say Bad Wolf?"

Maybe or maybe not.

The "takeover" of Clara's estate seemed pretty instant so perhaps the course of the 2 episodes did span a longer period of time then either us or Clara think.
