I have a Android phone and for some reason the message

SE for Android has been disabled.

so i tap where it tells me to but nothing happens then it comes back up a few hours later.

what does the message mean so i can try and stop it keep coming up?

A quick Google finds plenty of pages about it, it appears to be a function of Knox.
