Possible Future Career for Seann?

Now he has been voted off could there be a slot for Seann in pantomime?

His outfit on Saturday would be perfect for a Widow Twanky.

He would do well as a circus clown too.

Being serious for a moment, rather than being all kind of bitchy and stupid, he'd make a great lead in The Rocky Horror Show.

I've seen a few not so nice comments on this forum about Seann, and I thought Britain was better than that

From everything we have seen, he is extremely talented and has of big choice of what he does with his career

Personally I hope he goes down the West End theatre route as he would be great live on stage

I think it will be west end. His voice is amazing but is very theatrical.

Yes, or I thought the obvious one was Priscilla, Queen of the Desert.

He's very talented. One of the few actual great signers in the competition. too much for family viewing perhaps but definitely would be great in the west end or musicals etc.

The winner will be a bit more vanilla me thinks!

Hopefully, with the tv exposure he has picked up a good agent and been seen by some casting directors, his career should take off.

I think he'll be the only person we will still be hearing about in five years time!

He had a pretty decent theatre career in Australia anyway

If Miss Saigon goes on tour, Seann would be fab as the Engineer. I also agree with Priscilla and Rocky Horror. I could also see him being cast as Lola in Kinky Boots when the current actor leaves.

Seann has a great voice, but his performances were a bit overwrought. I'd like to have seen him doing something more uptempo.

I really hope he does well. I was a bit gutted that we went, although the talent level is so high this year. Still he deserved a few more weeks.

He could easily do West End but maybe he wanted to be a pop singer. He should have been around in the 70s/80s then his 'novelty' factor might have meant something. What he does has been done before by so many people and it's no longer shocking. I can see that he loved the whole Bowie, Boy George, gender-bending thing but just being that is not enough to make you a star these days.

Yes, he had the best voice since the wonderful Rhydian, far too classy for the X Factor really, he will make it I am sure in the west end or something similar, shame that he was not accepted for who he is.

See where you're coming from but Bowie and Boy George were very talented original artists that could both write a very good tune. Sadly just like about every X Factor contestant originality is'nt in the script and they are no more than poor imitations to truely great artists of years gone by.

Yes, a talent show for original artists using original material would be great!

Wasn't that what fame academy tried to be?

What makes you think he was not accepted for who he is? Just like Keira and Mason, he was not as well liked as the other contestants and so didn't get enough votes. I didn't like Seann much, but I accepted him for who he is. I just don't like his style of singing, although I understand why those who like him do. For me, it's style over substance, drama rather than sincere feeling. A lot of people like that kind of thing, but it's not my cup of tea. I really object to being accused of bigotry because I don't particularly like a singer, though.
